Description :

We are a digital marketing agency based in the USA. We specialize in Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads, website building, and associated online marketing campaigns. We were founded in 2018 and have a team of 20+ people working for us.

We are all fully remote, with staff members in New York City, Toronto, Tampa, Raleigh, Montana, Croatia, Pakistan, etc. We get along well and stay in touch constantly through Slack and Zoom.

We’re looking to hire 1-3 full time Marketing Team Members to help with a variety of online tasks. The candidates we are looking for have the following skills:

  • Understand English fluently – Communication is the #1 concern we have for this position. We need to be able to communicate clearly with you.
  • Write in Fluent English – Your English skills need to be perfect. We will ask you to write short responses on behalf of our team and clients. You need to have perfect written English skills
  • Timezone - Able to work at least 4hrs a day (Mon-Fri) during 9a-5p EST work hours
  • Easily understand online software tools – We will ask you to help us with routine work on a variety of online software systems. Google tools, Facebook tools, Wordpress tools, etc. You need to be able to understand how to quickly navigate software systems.
  • Data Entry and Routine Tasks – You need to be good at data entry and routine tasks. You should be able to do repetitive work without errors.
  • Optional: Familiar with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Airtable, Google Sheets, Google My Business profiles, Wordpress, Slack, etc.

Most of the work will be repetitive routine tasks. We will show you a process and ask you to complete the process for us. It may be responding to 5 star google reviews on behalf of our clients. It may be performing company research and entering data. It may be filling out contact forms on company websites. It may be updating client profiles in bulk. It may be updating our internal client databases.

We are looking for a candidate who we can communicate with easily, who can understand a new process quickly, and who is willing to help us with repetitive ongoing work.
